I’ve been learning Excel recently, so I wanted to put it into practice by working on a small spreadsheet project. I thought that a budget would be a simple enough problem to tackle, and it’s something that I do every day anyway so I went ahead with that idea.

I love YNAB, and I’ve been using it since 2017 so a lot of the design decisions have been influenced by it. If you know YNAB, you might feel right at home using this. There are a lot of limitations of course like the lack of goals and the fact that you can only see the current month, but it works!
